Rachel Mannix Booking Notes
On booking a treatment with Rachel Mannix, you must discuss any medical conditions, pregnancy or if you are breast feeding with your therapist and at the time of your booking. If you have any uncertainty you must seek medical advice from your doctor. Certain conditions will mean that you cannot have certain treatments.
Rachel Mannix requires a £50 minimum deposit per visit within London & outside the M25. The minimum spend is still required to be met when using any discount codes from any partnerships or Third party companies.

With Complimentary treatments – I do require for these to be used with a full paying Treatment which reaches our minimum spend requirement of £50.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Rachel Mannix requires a minimum of six (6) weeks notice if you need to cancel your trial or wedding appointment. If not, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost for your missed appointment.
For short notice (ad-hoc) appointments booked for treatment within seven (7) days, Rachel Mannix requires your cancellation in advance of twenty four (24) hours. Missed appointments without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.
Seven days of notice is required for Pamper Parties, Events & Corporate Bookings cancellations. 50% deposit will be taken on booking and will not be refunded if you do not give Make-up In Orangeries at least seven (7) days notice of cancelation. If advance notice of more then seven (7) days is given you will be refunded your 50% deposit in full. Missed bookings without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.
Mobile beauty Etiquette
I may arrive up to 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start of your treatment. This will allow me to set up the equipment.
Once I have arrived at your destination, any significant time taken out to tend to deliveries, babies, pets or work that becomes a disturbance during the treatment will be taken off your treatment time.
If you are late for your treatment your treatment time will be cut where necessary.
Male Clients
Please note that Rachel Mannix will only accept Male Clients from a current client recommendation or for couple’s treatments. Due to the nature of mobile treatments, Rachel Mannix retains the right to refuse service to a male client for the therapist’s safety.
For destination weddings airport transfers both in the UK and abroad, flights and accommodation with breakfast should all be provided.
